what a crazy week

so monday I'm scrolling through my news app on my iphone and I see MY art of "Steve Jobs in Carbonite" linking to a story on TUAW.com .... WHAT?!?!?

Society6.com picked it up and was promoting it. Sales were screaming out the door. News sites all over the net were promoting it. WIRED, FORBES, GIZMODO, Star wars sites, apple sites, mobile sites ... it was surreal.

Then 24 hours later, Society6 gets the C&D form Apple lawyers. Shows over folks.

Now the next day, there's tons of sites talking about how sad it is that I got a C&D ...actually mentioning ME by name! So, so, very weird.

So there it is. Was hoping it would last a little longer. But what a fun time it was sitting in front of the computer hitting refresh to see the sale numbers.

Now on to the next thing ....
